Sayframe refund policy
Effective July 18, 2026. Every paid plan has a 14-day free trial, so refunds should be rare in the first place. Here’s exactly how they work, wherever you bought Sayframe.
The short version
Every Pro plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try everything — AI cleanup, meeting summaries, cloud dictation, custom modes — before you pay anything. If something’s still wrong after you’ve paid, tell us. We’re reasonable about refunds and would rather sort it out than leave you stuck.
Purchases via sayframe.app / Paddle
If you bought Sayframe directly from sayframe.app, refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are honored under this policy and applicable consumer law.
To request one, reply to your Paddle receipt email or email us at [email protected] with your order details. Paddle.com Market Ltd, as merchant of record, processes the refund back to your original payment method.
Purchases via the Mac App Store
If you bought Sayframe through the Mac App Store, Apple processes the transaction and the refund. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — we can’t issue Mac App Store refunds directly, but we’re happy to help if you run into trouble with the process.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription anytime, and you’ll keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling stops future charges — it doesn’t retroactively refund periods you’ve already used, except within the 14-day window above.
Lifetime purchases
The lifetime license follows the same 14-day refund window as any other purchase. After that, it’s yours to keep — it’s a one-time payment, not a subscription, so there’s nothing further to cancel or refund.
EU/UK statutory rights
If you’re in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days. Because Sayframe is digital content you can start using immediately, we may ask you to confirm you understand that using it during those 14 days can affect that withdrawal right. We won’t rely on that confirmation to deny a genuine refund request made in good faith within the window.
