Install Sayframe
Download the app and drag it into Applications — or run one line in Terminal. Free, notarized by Apple, and universal (Apple Silicon & Intel).
Drag Sayframe into Applications, or let Homebrew handle it — either way you get the same build, and updates arrive automatically.

Allow two permissions
Open Sayframe and macOS will ask for Microphone and Accessibility — once each. That's how it hears you and types into any app. Everything runs on-device, so your audio never leaves your Mac.
